Body Design Studio Customers must comply with the following:

• Must be over 18 years of age

• Must book sessions in advance and leave at least 48 hrs between all sessions.

• Fees are to be paid prior to session starting

• Must be fully introduced to the equipment prior to use of our studio.

• Ensure you have sought the right medical advice before starting any kind of training program

• You must notify us of any of the following conditions: Pregnancy, Circulatory, Metabolic, Varicose Veins & Heart Conditions.

•  Wear suitable clothing when attending every session.

• Ensure you have read and comply with the Terms & Conditions at all times.

Use of the Body Design Studio and Equipment:

• All clients must be ready 5 minutes before session start time. 

• Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the start time of the session. Failure to adhere to this will mean the session will be marked as used.

• Late arrivals will only be permitted the balance of the remaining session time.

• Priority access to our equipment will be given to pre booked sessions. Empty sessions will be on a first come first served basis.

• All sessions must be booked in advance but you can always call to check availability.

• Body Design Studios do not take responsibility for any personal property left at the studio.

Packages, Special Offers & Discount Rules

• Body Design reserves the right to withdraw the use of any discount code at any time.

• All pre issued packages are offered on an individual basis and cannot be used by any other person.

• Our customers are allowed to take advantage of any special offers or discounts but these cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted products.

• Only one offer per customer will be accepted.

• All of our courses are non refundable and are valid for 3 months.

Body Design Reserves the right to the following:

• We reserve the right to cancel any package or session if a client does not comply with our terms and conditions without refund or explanation.

• No photography or filming is permitted in the studio without prior consent.

• The use of bad language is not permitted in the studio and any abuse to a member of our team will not be tolerated and will result in your session/package being cancelled.

• Any change of pricing will be notified through our website.
