How is the Body Design method different?

Body Design is a low impact exercise method that is up to 3 times more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional exercise methods. Our equipment provides a combination of vacuum & Infra-red therapy with light cardio exercise. This figure forming therapy  works in a more effective and specific way concentrating on stubborn fat areas like thighs, stomach and buttocks. You will also see incidental fat loss in the upper body however, the greatest loss will come from the targeted areas.

How long does a session take?

You can either have a singe 30 min session or a 60 min combination session. It is best to have 10 mins spare either side of the booked session. Perfect for when your short on time or even during a lunch break.

Do you offer a trial session so I can find out if it works for me?

Yes we offer a taster session which will allow you to try out our equipment and get a feel for the studio. Body Design method is designed to be effective for men & women of all ages and physical ability.

Where are you located?

Our private studio is located at Unit 3B Pickhill Business Park just outside of Tenterden, TN30 7LZ.
We have free parking available.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. All of our sessions must be booked in advance as we are a private studio.

When should I arrive?

Its best to try and arrive at least 5-10 mins before your session start time.

Does the studio have WIFI?

Yes we have guest WIFI available to clients while they are using the studio. Just ask reception for the code.

What should I wear for my session?

We recommend typical gym clothing.

Do I need to bring a towel?

Yes. A towel is recommended.

Do you have  changing rooms and showers?

Yes we have changing facilities but we have no showers.

What if i have a health condition?

We recommend seeking medical advice before you start any type of training program with us.
